Chigwell Golf Club is a traditional private members’ club, near Epping Forest some 10 miles north east of Central London and within easy reach of the M25.
Set on undulating parkland the 18 hole, par 71, 6296 yard course, presents a real challenge for the most discerning of golfers. Visitors in 2010 have included the PGA, the Royal Variety Golf Society and numerous other Essex County Golf Championships.
A popular venue for prestigious Pro-Ams, County Championships, and quality corporate golf events, Chigwell, designed by Hawtree and Taylor in 1925, enjoys a superb reputation as one of the best golf courses in Essex.
